- In un recipiente montare le uova con lo zucchero.

- Mettere in forno a 180 gradi per 20 minuti circa (aiutarsi con uno stuzzicadenti per la cottura interna). A fine cottura, guarnirli con zucchero a velo, nutella, cocco, ecc....
